Principle
Our high pressure stand alone module is a new type of solar water heater "Special Made For Mild Northern Climate" which adopts advanced all glass vacuum tube technology. A thermo siphon system relies on warm water rising, a phenomenon known as natural convection, to circulate water through the solar absorber and to the tank. In this type of installation, the tank must be located above the absorber tubes/panel. As water in the absorber heats, it becomes lighter and naturally rises into the tank above. Meanwhile, cooler water in the tank flows downwards into the absorber, thus causing circulation throughout the system.
The available size of the tank ranges from 60L to 350L. It has the following features:
1. High pressure Copper Heat Exchanger (testing pressure=9 bar)
2. No vent and less heat loss as compared to low pressure model NASS L Series
3. Easy plug-in installation
4. Anti-freeze (Able to withstand Northern Weather min -20C)
Advantages
• Hot water tank is built in! No hot water tank? No problem
• Cheap and reliable warming solution with simple structure and easy installation
• Could be used where climate falls below minus 10 degrees Celcius
• High efficiency with daily average efficiency higher than 50%
• Withstands full main pressure of household water supply
